Our bank conducts consistent marketing campaigns to attract customers that can rely on our low closing costs, experienced personnel and fast dependable service.  We also promote Pre-Approval prior to looking for a home.  In addition, the fact that we are a locally owned independent bank appeals to many prospects as well.  By far, the majority of our loan applicants are referred to us by our existing customer base which allows us the first opportunity to meet with these captive leads.  These factors result in a large number of customers looking to the First National Bank of New Richmond for mortgage financing.  This unique situation allows us to inquire if they are currently working with a Title Company and, if not, we refer these pre-approved applicants to our Professional Partners.           

 

Business Continuity Program

Our Business Continuity Program is designed to never let the customer forget who assisted them with the sale or financing of their home.  A “Thank You” card is sent out the month after closing.  Special occasion cards are sent out twice a year and a personal letter is sent out on the anniversary of their mortgage closing to see if they have any concerns and to remind them of the services provided by the bank and our Professional Partners.   In addition, they have the opportunity to receive our weekly newsletter containing the latest market conditions and forecast along with an advice column.  That’s a minimum of 55 “touches” a year.
