The Endorsed Professional Partner Program is designed to get our bank involved early in a process that will generate warm calls, nurture the prospective buyer until they are ready to purchase and provide our Realtor Partner with a ready, eager and well qualified pre-approved borrower.

The Endorsed Professional Partner Program is open only to those prominent Realtors who have demonstrated excellence in the field, have high ethical standards and are dedicated to forming a mutually beneficial long term relationship with us.

Top Quality Leads
Our bank conducts consistent marketing campaigns to attract customers that can rely on our low closing costs, experienced personnel and fast dependable service. We also promote Pre-Approval prior looking for a home. As you know, a pre-approved client reduces any worry about your closing ratio and eliminates surprises at closing. Special occasion cards are sent out twice a year and a personal letter is sent out on the anniversary of their mortgage closing to see if they have any concerns and to remind them of the services provided by the bank and our Endorsed Professional Partners. In addition, they have the opportunity to receive our weekly newsletter containing the latest market conditions and forecast along with an advice column. That’s a minimum of 55 “touches” a year.

Buyer Agent Advantage

Pre-Approval Program-The First National Bank of New Richmond has an established Pre-Approval program which is a formal credit approval for all conventional and first time buyer loan programs. The applicant is provided a Pre-Approval Certificate for the approved payment amount; usually only conditioned by a satisfactory appraisal and marketable title. No worry about closing ratios here. If the customer is pre-approved, there is little doubt about closing on their loan.

Prospect Retention Program-Once a prospect has been pre-qualified or pre-approved, they become a “member” of our Incubation Program. These prospects are monitored consistently, receive our weekly newsletter with a supportive encouraging letter and are contacted regularly until they find a home. We basically nurture them for you until they are ready to buy.

Listing Agent Advantage

Pre-Listing Letter to Seller-Offers our free services to your potential seller and lets them know they made a good decision in selecting you for their agent.

Pre-Approval for Your Seller-This feature provides you and your seller with the comfort of knowing they are ready to purchase their next home and need only concentrate on the sale of theirs. In many cases we can pre-approve them for a bridge loan in case their house is not sold when it is time to close on their new home.

Pre-Approval for Your Buyer-The First National Bank of New Richmond will pre-approve your buyers providing you and your seller peace of mind knowing that you will close the deal. In addition, not everyone looking at a specific property will buy that home. These prospects can be enrolled in our Prospect Retention Program until they find that home.

Marketing Material- Our department will provide FREE financing option sheets for your properties which are attractive and provide significant detail about various loan programs as they apply to that specific property. Great for open houses. We also have several brochures available which provides important and persuasive information.
