Special occasion cards are sent out twice a year and a personal letter is sent out on the anniversary of their mortgage closing to see if they have any concerns and to remind them of the services provided by the bank and our Professional Partners. In addition, they have the opportunity to receive our weekly newsletter containing the latest market conditions and forecast along with an advice column. That’s a minimum of 55 “touches” a year.
