Special occasion cards are sent out twice a year and a personal letter is sent out on the anniversary of their mortgage closing to see if they have any concerns and to remind them of the services provided by the bank and our Professional Partners. In addition, they have the opportunity to receive our weekly newsletter containing the latest market conditions and forecast along with an advice column. That’s a minimum of 55 “touches” a year.
Here’s how we can help you and your clients: A Home Inspection is a detailed analysis of the physical condition of a building, conducted by a trained professional prior to the sale of the home. A home inspection educates a potential buyer about areas that may be a cause for concern in the future, or makes mention of issues that should be addressed before the home is purchased.
Here is where we come into the picture. Clients come to us to be preapproved for a mortgage before they make an offer on a new home. If they mention any concerns regarding purchasing an existing home, we are in a position to refer our Home Inspector Partners.
Additionally, if our clients are selling their home, they would benefit from having a Home Inspection done. By having an inspection done, the seller will be able to provide a disclosure informing potential buyers of the condition of the home. Again, we would refer our Home Inspector Partners. In return, we ask that our Home Inspector Partners refer their clients to us for any mortgage financing that they would need.
