Membership in our program will entitle you to many benefits including the following: Web Site Links In addition to providing you the opportunity to be linked from our web site, your customer can click on your web site and instantly have direct access to our mortgage financing screen that will allow them to perform many functions including applying for a mortgage on line. Top Quality Leads Our bank conducts consistent marketing campaigns to attract customers that can rely on our low closing costs, experienced personnel and fast dependable service. Prospect Retention Program-Once a prospect has been pre-qualified or pre-approved, they become a “member” of our Prospect Retention Program. These prospects are monitored consistently, receive our weekly newsletter with a supportive encouraging letter and are contacted regularly until they decide to build a home. We basically nurture them for you until they are ready to build. Pre-Approval for Your Buyer-The First National Community Bank will pre-approve your buyers providing you and your buyers peace of mind knowing that you will close the deal. If your buyer has a home to sell, we can pre-approve them for a bridge loan in many cases which eliminates the need to wait for them to close on their present home. Marketing Material- Our department will provide FREE financing option sheets for your properties which are attractive and provide significant detail about various loan programs as they apply to that specific property.
