Human Resource Professional, New Richmond
Since 1919, First National Community Bank has been a community pillar and employer in the New Richmond area. Family owned and operated, we are presently seeking a Human Resources Professional to join our banking family. The desirable candidate will enjoy working with a wide variety of people and have a minimum of 2 years present experience in Human Resources or a 4 year degree in the same. No prior banking experience is required.
The role for this full-time position with benefits will include:
Managing the confidential day-to-day operations of the HR Department;
Developing, managing, and monitoring recruitment and selection strategies and processes;
Preparing and maintaining payroll, compensation, training and development;
Maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and employee records;
Bridging the relationships between management and employee relations all while providing a winning attitude in a team atmosphere.
