In Netteller only, (NOT in the mobile app), you are able to do a password reset that will unlock your account, as long as your account is enabled for password reset.

To activate your account for resetting your password, log in to your Netteller (online banking) account. At the top of the page, go to Options, then Password Reset Question. Create a question in this category that only you will know the answer to. Then, create a Password Reset Answer, scroll to the bottom to hit save, and exit out of the program. In the event you lock yourself out of online banking by not knowing your password, this process will allow you to go back in and create a new password for your account. This feature must be enabled prior to locking yourself out and/or forgetting your password.
Should you need assistance accessing your account once your Password Reset Answer is established, to reset your password, go to the login, enter your Bank Wise Internet Banking ID, and then click on the Reset Password link. This will direct you to a page where you will need to enter your Bank Wise Internet Banking ID, your email address on file, and an email subject. In the email subject, please type PASSWORD. An email will then be generated and sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
