CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/TELLER

Branch Location: Hudson, WI

Pay: DOE

First National Community Bank is currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative / Teller in our Hudson, WI location. The hours for this position include:

  • Monday- Friday: 7:15AM-3:30PM, with flexibility to close some weeknights as needed.
  • Every other Saturday  from 8:00AM-12:00PM

This position will perform customer services such as; opening new accounts, establishing direct deposit accounts, and assisting customers with questions concerning bank services. This position will also be responsible for the development of new business relationships and maintaining existing relationships, answering questions on all services the bank provides, and recognizing selling and referral opportunities. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and enjoy working with a variety of people.

Full-Time Teller

Branch Location: New Richmond, WI

Pay: DOE

First National Community Bank is currently seeking a Full-Time Teller in our New Richmond, WI location. The hours for this position include:

  • Tuesday-Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM
  • Saturdays: 7:00AM-12:00PM

This position will perform customer services such as; receiving checks and cash for deposits into accounts, examining checks for proper endorsement, processing withdrawals and loan payment coupons, promotes and cross sells other bank services such as consumer and mortgage loans, IRAs, certificate of deposit, debit cards, and much more. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and enjoy working with a variety of people.
